Overview

Rhyzo FL; is a liquid root stimulant and biostimulant, developed by The Kimitec Group as a non-hormonal rooting product. It is designed for growers who want the proven rooting performance of Rhyzo in a convenient liquid formulation, without high phosphorus or B-vitamin content and without the tank-mix limitations associated with phosphorus seen in the Powder Formulation.

Rhyzo FL promotes root induction and root system activation in all crop types – vegetables, fruit crops, citrus, olives, nut trees, nurseries, flowers, cannabis, hemp and ornamentals. It performs especially well during sensitive stages such as transplanting, early establishment, and periods of environmental or root stress.

Unlike Rhyzo Powder, Rhyzo FL contains no phosphorus and no B1/B-vitamin fertilizer like the Powder Version. Its rooting effect is based on a specific L-amino acid profile, zinc sulfate, and readily available carbon (glucose). Results between the two products are similar.

How Rhyzo FL Works

  • Specific L-amino acids (6%): Provides trophic and signaling effects that support hormone synthesis, enzyme activity, and stress recovery in the root zone, thus stimulating new root initiation and elongation.
  • Zinc sulfate (0.35% Zn): Supplies zinc, a key co-factor in auxin-related pathways and enzyme systems associated with root growth, helping drive stronger, more active root tips.
  • Glucose (4%): Provides a readily usable carbon source that supports rhizosphere microbial activity and root metabolism during all plannt stages and in stress recovery.
  • Rooting bioinductor: Rhyzo’s non-horxxmonal bioinduction technology enhances natural rooting pathways without the use of synthetic plant growth regulators.

Together, these components improve primary, secondary, and tertiary root development, resulting in a denser, more fibrous root system, better anchoring, and more efficient water and nutrient uptake.

When to Use Rhyzo FL

Rhyzo FL is particularly recommended in the following situations:

Rates & Application Timing

As a general program, first application right after planting or transplanting and a second application 7–10 days later. Rhyzo FL can be used again later in the crop cycle whenever additional root stimulation or root stress recovery is desired.

2nd application 7–10 days after the 1st.

Note: Application Rate of 0.3–0.5 gallons per acre, Always check local labels and regulations and adjust volumes to your irrigation system and water volumes.

Compatibility & Handling

  • No phosphorus–calcium conflict: Rhyzo FL contains no phosphorus, so it does not carry the same calcium-compatibility concern as phosphorus-based products.
  • Generally compatible with most fertilizers and many biostimulants used in fertigation; perform a simple jar test before new tank mixes.
  • Apply through clean irrigation systems; flush lines with water after use as part of normal maintenance.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures; keep container tightly closed when not in use.
