Amifort – 5-0-0 Liquid Amino Biostimulant
(Vegetable Derived, Double-Enzymatic Hydrolysis)

Overview

Amifort® is a clean, high-purity biostimulant based entirely on vegetable-source L-amino acids obtained through double enzymatic hydrolysis. This process produces a highly assimilable amino profile without the fulvic acids, sugars, or secondary metabolites present in fermented biostimulants. Because of this purity, Amifort is extremely well suited for foliar spraying while remaining fully compatible with irrigation and fertigation systems.

As a classic amino acid biostimulant, Amifort helps plants overcome stress, stimulates metabolic activity, improves pollination and fruit set, accelerates recovery after damage, and enhances crop productivity independently of NPK fertilizers. It is appropriate for all crops including fruits, vegetables, citrus, tree crops, ornamentals, nurseries, and broadacre field crops.

Why Amifort Is Different

  • Vegetable-based amino acids only – no animal proteins or mixed sources.
  • Double enzymatic hydrolysis – generates free L-amino acids that are rapidly absorbed by leaves and roots.
  • No fulvic acids or fermentation residues – ideal for clean foliar applications and sensitive crops.
  • Low-salt, low-EC formulation – provides a metabolic boost without loading the soil or solution with extra salts.
  • Synergistic with nutrition and crop protection – improves the efficiency of fertilizers and pesticides when tank-mixed (with basic compatibility checks).

Benefits

  • Improves nitrogen metabolism.
  • Provides synergy with other nutrients and pesticides.
  • Improves pollination and fructification processes.
  • Increases productivity and quality of the crop.
  • Promotes strong, balanced plant growth.
  • Improves resistance to adverse situations (heat, cold, salinity, drought, etc.).
  • Increases fruit size and quality.
  • Restores normal vegetative growth after stress periods.

Amino Acid Profile & Physiological Roles

Amifort’s known amino acid profile allows you to connect specific plant responses to each component. The table below summarizes the main functions of the amino acids present in Amifort:

Amino Acid Content in Product Key Physiological Roles in Plants
L-Asparagine 0.231% Important nitrogen storage and transport molecule; supports protein synthesis and recovery after stress.
L-Glutamine 12.000% Central to nitrogen assimilation and redistribution; supports vigorous vegetative growth and enzyme activity.
L-Arginine 0.166% Precursor for polyamines and NO; associated with stress tolerance and flower/fruit-related hormones.
L-Alanine 1.040% Helps with carbon–nitrogen balance; supports chlorophyll synthesis and cold tolerance.
L-Valine 0.316% Participates in auxin-related pathways; supports growth and fruit quality.
L-Lysine 3.821% Associated with chlorophyll formation, seedling vigor and improved pollination.
L-Leucine 0.196% Branched-chain amino acid involved in energy and stress-response signaling.
L-Serine 0.124% Auxin precursor; participates in phospholipid and membrane synthesis for new growth.
L-Glycine 7.745% Key chelating amino acid; stabilizes micronutrients and supports chlorophyll synthesis.
L-Threonine 0.715% Supports protein synthesis, germination and tissue regeneration.
L-Proline 1.510% Major osmoprotectant; crucial under hydric, thermal and saline stress; stabilizes membranes and proteins.
L-Methionine 0.103% Precursor for ethylene and growth factors; improves pollination and fruit set.
L-Isoleucine 0.376% Branched-chain amino acid supporting energy metabolism and stress response.
L-Phenylalanine 0.139% Entry point to phenylpropanoid pathway; supports pigments, aroma compounds and structural phenolics.
L-Tyrosine 0.250% Precursor of several hormones and secondary metabolites; linked to color and antioxidant capacity.

When to Use Amifort

  • Transplanting: reduce transplant shock and promote rapid root and shoot recovery.
  • Thermal stress: cold snaps or heat waves that slow metabolism.
  • Hydric or saline stress: drought, overwatering, EC issues.
  • Early vegetative stages: to push growth and canopy development.
  • Flowering & fruit set: support pollination and initial fruit formation.
  • Post-stress recovery: after hail, pruning, mechanical damage or disease episodes.

Amifort can be used throughout the crop cycle whenever an increase in metabolic activity, stress tolerance or nutrient synergy is desired.

Application Rates (from Label)

Foliar

  • 24–48 oz per 100 gallons of water or per acre
  • Apply to full coverage but not to the point of runoff; avoid spraying in extreme heat.

Irrigation / Fertigation

  • Drip irrigation: 2–5 pints per acre (up to 7–30 pints per acre for intensive programs).
  • Surface irrigation: 3–7 pints per acre (up to 10–40 pints per acre for intensive programs).

Mixing & Compatibility

  • Disperses in water with light agitation; any residue is water-soluble—triple rinse containers into the tank.
  • Can be tank-mixed with fertilizers and pesticides; always perform a jar test first.
  • Compatible with copper on citrus and tomatoes—avoid extreme temperatures and full bloom; for other copper-sensitive crops, test on a small area first.

Why Growers Choose Amifort

  • Known amino profile with declared percentages for precise, technical programs.
  • Vegetable-only, double-enzymatic hydrolysate for clean foliar use and rapid plant response.
  • Versatile application via foliar or fertigation in virtually any crop.
  • Reliable stress tool to keep plants moving when conditions are far from ideal.
  • Improves yield, fruit size and quality by supporting the plant’s own metabolism beyond what NPK alone can do.
